Delete your Smart Fundi account
Smart Fundi, operated by Barah Technologies Ltd
You can ask us to delete your Smart Fundi account and the personal data linked to it at any time. You can do this inside the app, or by email without needing the app installed.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app
- Open the Smart Fundi app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Account settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is closed immediately: you are signed out, you can no longer sign in, and your profile is removed from search and job matching straight away.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address registered to your account. Please include the phone number on your account so we can identify it.
We will respond and act on your request within 14 days.
What is deleted, and when
Closing your account takes effect immediately. Some data is kept for a limited time afterwards to resolve disputes and to meet legal obligations under Tanzanian law, as described in Section 13 of our Personal Data Protection Policy:

During these periods the data is not visible to other users and is used only for dispute resolution and legal compliance.

Njia ya 2: Omba kufutwa kwa barua pepe
Tuma barua pepe kwa [email protected] yenye kichwa "Ombi la kufuta akaunti", kutoka kwenye barua pepe iliyosajiliwa kwenye akaunti yako. Tafadhali weka namba ya simu ya akaunti yako ili tuweze kuitambua.
Tutajibu na kushughulikia ombi lako ndani ya siku 14.
